DAY #1: HIGH ATTENDANCE AT THE FAIR AND GREAT INTEREST IN OUR STAND
The first day of the R+T trade fair in Stuttgart is over. Unusually this year, it started on Monday (compared to the usual Tuesday), but despite the fears, this did not have any negative impact on the attendance. On the contrary – the first day was very lively.
Since part of our team arrived in Stuttgart on Friday evening (and another part on Sunday), we managed to get everything ready over the weekend and Monday morning was relatively calm. The gates opened to the first visitors at 9:00 am, and hundreds of people immediately poured into the halls.
So far every year we have been in Hall 4, this year for the first time in Hall 7. But with our booth, we certainly didn’t get lost here. The original design of the stand by the Vrtiška & Žák studio attracted attention, business partners and curious visitors from all over Europe stopped by. Apart from the stand, the main attraction was our new product, concealed textile screens.
During the morning, we filmed interviews with Roman Vrtiška (the co-author of the stand) and our employees, took photos and networked at the informal meeting of the International Marketing Board. We also took a quick look around the surrounding halls and got some inspiration, but the whole day was so hectic and full of meetings that we didn’t have time to go through everything. We will present the news or technologies we found most interesting in a future report.
